Ginger Tea

Ginger has many benefits: It helps to soothe sore throat, gives relief in cold and settles the stomach.

Take 2 cm of ginger root, one teaspoon of tea leaves and one teaspoon of sugar.

Boil 3/4 cup of water in a sauce pan. Add grated ginger, tea leaves, sugar to the water. boil this for 2 minutes. Then add 1/4 cup of milk and bring to a boil. Strain with help of a strainer into cup. Enjoy
