Traffic jam Smoothie

As it is Holi festival in India, I thought of making this smoothie that resembles Holi festival to me.It is festival of colors,joy and happiness.

Smoothie are super healthy way to get indulge with all power pack nutrients and vitamins and fibers of natural fruits. Do it right and have a low- calorie,low fat, highly nutritious snack. By making it colorful,kids also gets interested in it and loves it.

We have taken goodness of Kiwi, Banana, Strawberries, little yogurt and sweetness of Honey. These ingredients make a Tempting Treat for All. Make it simple and hassle-free by using hand blender.

Take few Kiwi, Strawberries and Banana. Chop them nicely as shown in picture.


Now in a Deep glass, take all kiwi pieces and add two small pieces of Banana and little crushed ice. Addition of banana will add creamy texture and natural sweetness.We can add more Banana pieces if Kiwi is  sour. Add little Honey of any brand you have.Blend this nicely. Pour this Smoothie in serving glass.


Now in a Deep glass, put all Banana pieces and a spoonful of yogurt. Blend it nicely and pour it into the serving glass with help of a spoon on Kiwi Smoothie.


Now the last batch of Strawberries with a spoonful of yogurt,little Honey and crushed ice. Blend it into smoothie and Pour gently with help of spoon in serving glass over Kiwi and Banana smoothies.


Amazing glass of Smoothie is ready with goodness of all Ingredients:

  • Strawberry are good in vitamin C and Manganese. A very good source of Antioxidants.
  • Banana has high content of Potassium making it a super fruit.It has Calcium,Iron , Vitamin B6 and Magnesium. Vitamin B6 help you sleep well and Magnesium helps to relax muscles.
  • Kiwi is rich in Vitamin A, K,E and B, Potassium,Folate  and Fiber.It includes five times of Vitamin C of an Orange in one serving. Helps in Digestion and is good for Skin.
  • Yogurt provides  calcium, vitamin B-2, vitamin B-12, potassium, and magnesium. And one of the words we’re hearing more and more of regarding is “probiotics.”


•When Pouring the Smoothie in serving glass, Use back of a spoon as shown in picture. If we pour directly then it will get mix in lower layer of smoothie and distinct layers will not be visible.

•After adding each layer refrigerate for few mins or until u make second layer. Then add your next layer this will also help to keep layers from mixing.
